Tommy was nice and very courteous, but I was not happy that he tell me in advance that they were doing 60k mile maintenance . I brought the car in for oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my car I looked for Tommy to ask him when my car needed maintenance. He responded by saying we did it today. Well that's great, he could of told me when I dropped off the car and what was done.

Chet was very helpful as he always is. I forgot to bring my proof of insurance with me when I met him to take out a loaner car. He offered to have somebody go back to my car and look for the proof of insurance in and ultimately they found it and I was able to take a loaner car - which made my Saturday so much more pleasant and productive.
