I’ve been considering buying a new Lexus, but the company’s (?) inability to handle a simple refund over a 14-day period, gives me serious pause. This is NOT good customer service.

While he was extemely friendly, I didn’t receive the same level of communication I’ve come to expect from dealing with other service managers, especially this being my 60k service.
At the end of the day, I feel I overpaid, as all the “recommended options” were automatically applied, yet they were not explained to me. For example, my wipers were already replaced due to a recall, yet they were replaced again according to my invoice. I’m not sure that was necessarily needed to my total ~$1500 60k mile service cost.
In the future, I’d expect service managers to be more upfront about all services tacked on, and more communicative about what options are really optional.
I’ve been going to Stevens creek maintenance for maybe 5 years now, and I’m beginning to question whether our interests are aligned in terms of quality of service/Satisfaction.

I had an appt at 9. Arrived at 9:07 car was checked in smoothly and received a shuttle ride to office smoothly. Told shuttle driver to pick me up at 1:30 at latest. It was a 2.5-3 hour job max. 5k maintenance. 2:00 and no shuttle. After calling around finally found out car was not done and wouldn’t be until 3:00. I asked for shuttle to get me now and received a call from shuttle drive at 2:45 that car was done and he was coming over . Picked me up around 3:00!! When I got to Lexus , I didn’t get a visit from Adrian to just follow up and explain why the car and shuttle were so delayed. He was in his office.it started out so week and then went south quickly.

Excellent service from my service advisor, James. The staff follow scripts and regulations as required which may not be to the afvantage of the customer, but James finds a way to accommodate the chstomers needs and keep the customer eithexus Stevens Creek.

Tony was awesome, he took the time to address my concerns & immediately requested the technology specialist come to assist me resolve my technology issue. Tony also referred me to an auto body shop to fix damages to my car cause by a hit & run. Lastly, I was on the fence about trading my car in for a Tesla. After Tony pointing out the LC, I fell in love with my next new car! Appreciate Tony's time & transparency! Tony ROCKS!
