I had a 10:20 appt with Carlos. I arrived and was told he wasn't even working today. I should have been notified before my arrival. I was told that the service could be finished earlier, but that I should plan on a 2 hour wait. My car then sat outside for an hour before it was finally brought into the garage around 11:25. After an hour inside the garage, it exited the garage and headed to the car wash. After another 30 minutes, still no car. I finally had to track down Gary to ask the status. I was told the line for the car wash was backed up and that I'd have to wait another 20 - 25 minutes. I decided to skip the car wash. In the end, my hour long service took nearly 3 hours. Much much too long given that I had an appointment with the designation that I'd be waiting for the work to be completed. I will most likely try the Monterey Dealership for future service.
