I was called, and told my car was ready. I got there, and after paying, had to wait 35 min until I actually got my car. The desk told me to wait 10 min and go see the valet, which I did. I ended up waiting another 25 min on the bench outside waiting for my car.
Other than that, the service was great, as usual.

Chris provided me the best experience and service I’ve ever had with Lexus Stevens Creek Car Service. I’ve been servicing my car at Lexus Stevens Creek for roughly 3 years now and I’ve never had an experience like the one Chris provided. He was very genuine and kept it “real” (no BS). He wasn’t trying to upsale me like I’ve experience in the past. He informed me how my future services would be like, and what I should look out for and be aware of in terms of getting my car maintence. I’m currently on a very tight schedule with work, grad school, and momlife. I informed Chris about my situation and needing to get in and out. He went above and beyond, and made sure I was out in no time. If anyone needs training or tips on how to treat customers, please have them use Chris as a role model.
