I don’t even know where to begin...
I arrived at Lexus for my Saturday appointment, see my name on the screen , give my keys to technician and he tells me to go in and wait, which I do.
After 35 minutes of sitting in the lobby, I am starting to wonder what is going on. I am finally greeted and car is scheduled for an oil change. He says it will be 2 hours, but will try to hurry it along. After 2 hours, he says, when we were putting it through the car wash, we think we saw a coolant leak. I was concerned and said should I drive it and he said , we’ll give you a rental car and we’ll let you know. This is Saturday afternoon. On Monday, I didn’t hear from Frank and thought that was odd. Lexus IS very good about contacting people. So, I leave two messages, checking in. No response, so I email, no response. Same thing on Tuesday - call, no response, email no response, then the Lexus phones are all fast busy and hang up. At this point- Tuesday at 5:00pm, no one has looked at my car and no one has contacted me or returned my calls!!
Wednesday am, FINALLY get through to Frank!! Oh yeah, we’ll look at your car.
The , $1100.
This experience has been unbelievable!!!!!
