They didn’t put pad under the passenger seat back in after they remove seat. I got a call to stop by to install the new pad, but it didn’t fit my car as well. I was told to be called the day after, I was waiting for them and didn’t hear anything from them. I actively called back. They only tell me the part is available now. I am not sure whether it is still the old part or not. I live far away from the Lexus Dealer Service. I don’t want to waste my time just stop by and my car is not repaired. Adrian is very nice and helpful. I am not satisfied with the service, but I am happy that Adrian was helping me out.
