Routine maintence on Wednesday discovered a stripped bolt in the transmission plug from a previous service, so Deep apologized and arranged to have a new transmission pan ordered and would be complete by Friday. Deep was off on Friday and arranged for a partner advisor to call when car was ready. By 5:30 pm Friday we had no word so husband called several extensions in order to get a line vecoerson to find out an oil pan was ordered instead of a transmission pan so car was not ready and would be ready on Saturday. We live 90 mi utes from the dealership and have always chosen to purchase and service our cars with you because of the unacceptable service the Monterey dealership has shown us in the past. Your dealership used to offer to Bri g our cars back to us and trade out the loaner which was much less frustrating for us especially on a Saturday afternoon in the summer with traffic to the Monterey peninsula. Our plan was to pick up first thing early Saturday morning but because of the mistaken Part order didn’t happen. A real inconvienance on our part.
