Carlos was great. I was pleased with the experience of him being my service agent. Great listener, soft spoken, answered my questions thoroughly, kept me updated with the repairs my car needed, and texted me when my car was ready to be picked up.

Your techs are horrible. I brought my car in about 3 weeks ago for 55k tune up, and the report said my tires are fine. I've barely driven a couple hundred miles since then.
Well, they started leaking today and the rear tires are showing WIRE and are CRACKED. Your techs did not even bother doing a proper inspection of the tires for my tune up. No way could the tires deteriorate this quickly since my service with you. Not only is this horrible service, but this is pure negligence and a life hazard.
I am not sure why I am wasting my money with Lexus service if this is the quality I should expect to receive. I know I pay a premium for Lexus service as compared to private garages, but this is ridiculous.
On top of that, I didn't even receive a car was after service.
