I was an inconvenience. The initial appointment had to be cancelled when I arrived as they could not service my car that day and I needed it that night.
They called to reschedule and again could not give me the car back that day. I was scheduled to pick it up at 11am but received a text to say he's was leaving at 9:30 to take his son to a game.
It seems the service center is short of technicians which has caused these problems. The staff must be under a lot of pressure

I really appreciate your help in expediting the service especially with the delayed notification of the tire. Next time if vehicle is ready for pick up in late afternoon, I will pick up the next morning. It was an convenience but overall, I was very happy with the service.
