Recall took 2 days to correct and I had to go to Enterprise to get a rental. Was looking forward to trying out a newer model Lexus.

Dropped vehicle off 10:15, was told it would be done by 2:00, never received a call or text telling me it would not be ready at that time, or done by the end of the day as well. Next day I called service rep 2 times and left voice mails asking for an update, I never heard back from him. Ultimately I had to call main # to find out the status of my car. When I finally got notified it was ready I arrived and paid bill and went outside to get the car. I literally had to wait 30 minutes outside until they pulled my vehicle up for me. Although I have always had good experiences here, this was a horrible experience.
