The service would be strengthened if the loaner car check-out sheet could be completed @ check-in & a copy given to the customer when the bill is paid. This form is quite explicit for the dealers interest. It should be equally explicit for the customer.

Thank you, Steve, I appreciate your help with my scheduled maintenance. Everything was just fine. Love my Lexus. One suggestion—I think it’s a bit prejudicial to tell customers that if you score your service anything lower than a perfect 10 it’s seen as a failure. It feels a little like pressure on your customers to give a 10. I think you should let the scores be what people think sounds right to them without that comment.????????

James did a wonderful job. This was my first service with Lexus. He set my expectations and met them. The car did have to go back, as they didn't cleanly windows very well. An extra cleaning by the attendant after the 2nd cleaning had missed the streaking dud the trick.
