This is my third visit at this service department. Nathan has been amazing. Very polite and extremely helpful. He will exhaust all means possible to give me a discount. Also, everyone is really nice and polite. Nathan helped me with my 60k maintenance and talked to me about the results. My CT 200 is on point and it’s probably the best CT 200 Lexus has ever made. But seriously give Nathan another award, this guys customer service is off the charts and he’s truly passionate and genuine about helping the customers.

Company should consider better timing to upgrade car wash station. My car have been serviced three times within the first year and only been washed once. Station should be upgraded during raining season when car wash is already not offered. I think car was should be offered rain or shine since dust sticks to the car more when it rains. Car should be vacuumed at minimum if not washed. I can easily wash and vacuum at home, but it is what people like about taking their car in for service and makes the experience more noticeable. While the service is the most important part, but customers often can’t see what was done on the car every 5K, but washing and vacuuming is what can physically seen. Also, long wait time for service consultant even with appointment.

I know that the car wash was broken, but you can still vacuum and clean the inside of my car. Nothing was done for the inside of my car. I take my car to Lexus for the extra services, but there was nothing extra about it.
