Randy, was very professional and efficient. I was very concerned about the recent call back and a wrecked fender caused by road hazard.. I sent Randy pictures and he was able to guide me every step of the way. I was afraid that my insurance cost would go up and I didn’t have loaner coverage. My nerves were at edge bc I’m getting married and moving . My energy and time is limited. Randy was able to get the recall handled and made appointments to the nearest body shop. It saved me money and time. He handled the questions from my insurance agent and claims department. Randy was in contact with me thru out the entire process. I was thrilled when I picked up my car and it was washed and had a full tank. I was glad bc I filled the loaner up more than when I took it:) Needless to say, he helped me set my favorite radio stations. I have a daughter-in-law that is on chemo therapy and I can’t be out and about due to Covid. I’m soo grateful for ALL of Randy’s help! Thank you soo much!! Eunice E
