Deep was very responsive. Highest rating. Overall customer support faultless and efficient. Thankful loaner. Hope unwanted acceration or transmission slippage is fixed. Techs could not reproduce problem as it is very intermittent but scary. I know Lexus did best work to diagnose. Techs did find leaking bad rear shocks which I didn’t notice. Great job. Fingers crossed re transmission.
