I thought the new COVID-19 workflow was pretty good for both dropping off and picking up.
I liked the ability to pay before I did pickup (although there was still a line to pickup).
I appreciated the car getting washed.

Everything was great except when I came to pick up my car I had Pre paid. I was given the key but I stupidly waited for them to deliver my car to me. I didn’t realize the car was at the far end of where I was standing and never saw it in the lot. I waited about 20 mins before I went up to counter and then was told it was in the lot. ????

When I arrived a specifically pointed out areas that had paint defect, however my message was not completely conveyed to the tech inspecting my car. Just gave general area, which is not descriptive enough. Next time service advisors need to actively listen and retain the information to relay to the appropriate team looking at the issue.
