You were great & service was great. The only reason I wasn’t completely satisfied is because the loaner car I was given was not very clean inside - I don’t like sitting in other people’s dirt.

I think that waiting at the dealership 4 hours for an oil change service was excessive. The car was dropped at 8:45 and I didn't hear any updates for more than 2 hours. It then took another two hours for it to be completed.
Overall I was not a satisfied customer.
