Really disappointed with my recent service with Carlos. First of all I don’t know much about cars and Carlos only give me a one line text every time so I have to ask what is what. It would be nice if he will give detailed information next time and not expecting that everyone knows what he’s talking about. Also a constant update would be great, not one text every 5 days. I work the night shift so I’m sleeping during the day so I can’t text and ask for an update ever time.
I actually moved in Pacifica but I had a really good experience with my last service at Lexus Stevens creek so I chose to drive all the way to San Jose instead of driving 2 miles to serramonte.

However, this time I was provided a loaned car UXH, which is not equivalent to my ES series, the seat is uncomfortable and made my neck hurts. Also, Lexus usually clean my car after each service, but this time, it seems not. Does your company cancel this nice service it provides before?
