The service I received at the dealer by Tommy was great. Tommy, please do me a favor and pass on the following to the higher up: The process of making the appointment was not good. No one picked up the phone and no one returned my voicemails. My 4th attempt to contact your dealer during the period of 2 months was successful in reaching someone live to schedule an appointment. I almost gave up. My car was due for a maintenance in August, I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone until October.
