Lexus used to clean your car when you brought it in for service. Especially major service. And I understand we are living in a different time these days, but after spending $2500 on parts and service I would have expected at least a quick vacuum of the inside of the vehicle.

I get numerous calls to bring my car in so you would think the service would be stellar. The last time I was in it had declined as well but not as bad as this. I drop my car off with no problem being told that it should take around three hours - in the phone I was told under three but oh well. They explain that I need my tires replaced and give me a sheet on what tires they would use. I take that with me and do some research on the tires and find they are competitively priced so I call within the hour to say, yes put them on. We discuss another tire option for a bit but I say go ahead and put on. No other comments were made.
I call back after 3 1/2 hours to get an idea of when the car will be ready as I have a 3 hour meeting coming up. It’s at that point that I am told that they have ordered the tires and the hope to get them in at noon. They are hoping my car will be ready by 3:00 pm. After dropping my car off at 7:00 am. 8 hours later. No mention the tires weren’t there, no mention it would take much longer when we spoke about doing it. This is not acceptable. In addition, I paid for the work online so that I could be in and out quickly. The paperwork is quick when I get there to pick it up but it takes an additional 20 minutes for them to bring my car around. 20 minutes?
Your service has gone downhill the past 2 times I have been there. Has management changed?
It’s too bad I purchased an extended warranty if this is the service provided.
