I just wanted you to know, as someone who owns 3 lexus vehicles, that I had a wonderful experience today at your service dealership. I came in with a minor issue of oil maintenance and low windshield wiper fluid with an unscheduled need. Sophia Qu handles things so well whenever I come in and makes my life so easy. She scheduled me in and helped take care of the minor issues. Her attitude and way of handling customers is so awesome I just thought I would take a minute to send you some feedback. She's really fantastic at customer service. I'm sure I'm not the only person to send you this kind of feedback. She has no idea I would send this and we are not related in any way. People like this make me want to buy an LC500.
