Drop off was fine, my car was ready earlier than I thought, but it took 45-minutes of waiting in line and for the valet before I was on my way. I appreciate that the service center is busy, but my time is valuable too.

I had a complain which was not resolved. I had mentioned that there is a odor coming from the vents. It was not looked into and solved. I saw no comments of it on my evaluation report.
Also I never knew the new times of Lexus service center closes at 4pm. I had to cancel my appointment to be there at 4 instead of 6. It’s best to let us know when we make an appointment so that we can plan.
Now I got the service done without the problem been resolved.
