I'm sorry to let you know that I really can not give you a '5' star feedback for my recent visit experience.
First I have extended Warranty and the warranty is still valid. Secondly, I can hardly believe that the problem in the windows was related to the accident. The windows had been working very well for years after the accident. You told me that your mechanican suspected the problem may be caused by the work done on the car after the accident. I could also argued with you that the doors may be not properly installed in the first place after manufacturing.
I told the manager that I was not convinced at all, and I was in a rush to get my car for some other appointment that day so I just paid the bill. I was really disappointed with the service I received. Therefore I cannot send a good feed back, just let you know.
