I am satisfied with my service advisor but disappointed on the mechanic . This is the 3rd time after I pick up my car there is another issue coming out. This last service when I went home I hear a grinding sound in the hood and when I return it the service advisor Deep told me that the wiper attached to the wind shield breaks which this is not a problem when I bring the car before they change the thing to keep the hood . They did not fixed it instead they told me they don’t do it.
