don't like how the lexus service shop works you don't get to see or speak to the mechanic like a real shop and get shown what was going on with the car instead of getting this run around 2 days later response from both service department and sells with a game of 21 questions to figure out exactly what's going on with the car for instance the 70mph issue i had and how you guys didn't feel anything and ready to give me the car back when you couldn't go more then 65mph and needed my permission to go faster, witch you would think that would be something mentioned by your service shop the day I took it in. I started with you, witch was difficult when it shouldn't of been seeing how you only have to repeat what I'm saying into a tablet, then I get passed to another person because obviously you don't want to deal with a customer with more questions then the regulars that come in. My main concern for anyone that brings there cars into your service shop is the way your mechanics work around the cars, first time dealing with Randy,he gave me the car back with some new scratches that weren't there before and instead of getting it fixed he gave me a paint pen, witch was nice if it was giving to me when I first bought the car not after your shop scratched it.This time getting it back was very disappointing especially after receiving my car and noticing after getting home that they didn't put the rear head rest back on after taking it out,left a mess of dried white flakes from the glue. I would think with a vacuum in your shop could of easily been cleaned up instead of the costumer cleaning up after the mechanic.I had a sweater and pair of new shoes in the back seat on top of a bunch of books that I paid alot of money for from school that not only did who ever was sitting in the passenger seat up front (???) smashed my books with the tracks of the seat and my shoes that were on top of them but also decided to grab my sweater from on top of the books and what it looks like used it to kneel on while they fixed the rear speaker plastic, on top of them putting the tire they took off to fix at 43 psi and lost my tires air cap.I don't know if your mechanics are purposely doing this stuff or in the whole service department doesn't care but it doesn't make sense how im even noticing this stuff its ridiculous. I understand that with other small shops then yours out their will not give a dam about that stuff,and probably say its fine but this is actually crazy to see all the things that your mechanics don't care to do,also sitting on the driver seat and made a big indent on the leather from obviously having tools in there back pocket, they need to be careful of anything in the customers cars, clean up your work area when done (common sence), as well as the car its self messing up seats and dinging up the outside,unless they don't care about there job at lexus witch I'm sure we all experience in life but any customer dealing with you guys shouldn't have to experience that no matter what year there car is, if your service shop is gonna send the used cars to the cheaper paid mechanics that do the jiffy lube stuff all day and people's cars getting treated like this, then don't sell used cars, get rid of the mechanics that don't care and are representing lexus Steven's Creek scratching up the seats and car, or who evers supervising them make sure the car looks better and runs better then what it was when the person brought it in, shouldn't have to inspect my car after each visit because of your service departments bad notes and carelessness while working on the car.

needs to do a better job at communicating with customers about what's on the notes for what needs to be done on the vehicle and what he says verbally, I was told verbally my pads were 8mm when the lexus paper said 6mm and my mechanic found them less than 5mm after your service to the vehicle.
