Lexus should extend a warranty concern from a customer's car still in warranty even if the repairs are done after the warranty expires as long as the repairs are done within a reasonable time period. A noise exists on my car even though it didn't occur while in the shop. Since the general area of the noise was explained, heard or not , it ethically should be covered by lexus. My car was in warranty as of today. Your personal service was excellent today. However, Lexus must show transparency on warranty issues since the noise on my car started when the warranty was still valid! Thank you, Michael.
