Service was fast. Minh Nguyen was very thorough on the process of getting my car ready. Maybe if COVID-19 so it’s not that busy, my car was in and out less than 4 hours for the 40K mile service. I also requested for replacement of door handle recall but unfortunately the parts were not in stock. Will need to bring the car back at another time...

Throughout my experience here with Lexus Samson du is my go to man and my whole family and I own Lexus because of the wonderful, consistent and professional care I get from Steven’s creek Lexus. He goes above and beyond every time I bring my car in for service and is my go to person for my friends and family who by the way used to buy german competitor cars, no more!
