When I let my 2018ES for service, it has merely 5200 miles, but a “15K” service was done a while ago by another service advisor. Tommy suggested that it needed to change oil as routine scheduled service, and I was offered a loaner car. It was carefully cleaned by the front office clerk before turned it over me.
I was very impressed by all your staff attended details to make everything clean and keep distancing to ensure COVID-19 safe. Wonderful jobs was well done by everybody! Thank you very much.
