The car was not ready anywhere close to when promised. I was not called with any status updates. I came by to check on status and was told the car might not be ready that day! This was supposed to be 1-2hr service. Then, I was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. About an hour later, the service was finished (I waited around for it) and no one went over the paperwork with me (as is customary). I was told to leave the loaner in the front and that my car would be brought there. The loaner vehicle person then told me that I shouldn't have brought the car to the front, and when I explained that the service rep told me to do it, I was rudely told that "in the future, you will have to bring to the side". The correct statement would have been "I'm sorry you were told incorrectly, I'll have a word with the service rep".
All-in-all, the experience was a disaster from my perspective. The car, of course, is fine, but the miscommunication and extended times are unacceptable.
