Everything went smoothly with my latest appointment. Mr. Pourgevargis met me on my arrival and provided me with information regarding my service. A loaner car provided and estimated completion time of work on my car noted. I was notified when work completed and had paperwork and veh waiting for me when I arrived. I have done many services over the last 19 plus years with Lexus and consider Mr Ramsin Pourgevargis as the best service consultant to assist and advise me.

After providing all information about the problem, and helping to diagnose the issue, all I got from advisor was: “The noise is common and known issue and will not be fixed”. However last time when I reported the issue it was fixed. Report did not show, the advisers statement of battery bearing malfunction.
Somehow I feel that if the issue is know, Lexus should fix the problem, instead of telling customer that it’s normal to have suspension noise every time you go over speed bumps. I have bought Lexus for it’s quality and reliability, not for service dismissive advisors.
