So worth my time. Called, scheduled appointment, requested a loner car. In at 7:20 & out by 7:36. How much better could that be? Well, got a call my car was finished. Drove back at about 2:30 & out on 19 minutes. That's how service should be everywhere. Great job SC Lexus

Per the report I received from you, the required service was completed. I am still experiencing a slight pull to the left when the brakes are applied. I understand the technician who serviced my vehicle did not experience this on the test drive. I will continue to monitor this.

Hi Michael,
Thank you for your help, I do appreciate what you did for me. It is convenient to drive up and drop off my car at the scheduled service time. However, I felt rushed to make my service decisions as I don’t know what typically goes into each 5-10k mile services. I did want to cut down the price of a typical service and you helped me with that by telling me what they do in the service. However, with that being said, I do wish I was presented with a printout or view of the receipt before having my car go into service. If I had known that the changing of two air filters (that theoretically only takes about 10minutes to do at the most) was going to cost a total of $83.35 for just the labor, I would have not chosen that part of the service. I don’t know how these prices are determined, however I do know that the price of labor for those air filter replacements were too high. I guess I’m a little bummed that you didn’t point that out, especially since I asked if I could cut down a few items of service in order to lower my price because I cannot afford to have the entire service that goes into the 60k mile service. I know there isn’t much that I can do to take that service back at this point, but I will likely be taking by my car elsewhere for the more routine maintenance.
