I am so impressed as to how easy it was to bring my car in for its 60,000 mile service during such a difficult time. Michael Babcock put me at ease and also prepared my for a service bill that would be a bit larger due to the 60,000 mile maintenance. I really appreciate that he gave me a heads up! The Lexus service department and personnel have always been so professional and polite. When I picked up my car, Michael came to check if I had any questions. I appreciated that so much!
