I thoroughly enjoyed working with Hess for my 30,000 mile service. He was superb at keeping me informed and updated as to the progress of work with my car. The car was returned in great shape and beautifully cleaned. I will make sure to request Hess as a service rep again. I really am pleased with service from your service center! Totally worth it!
