I was lied to about the time it took for the oil change. I arrived at 2:45pm, was promised the latest it will be done be at around 4pm. If you look at the receipt, the clocked time shows 5:30pm. What happened, and why was I lied to? Why did an oil change take 2+ hours? Why would you make me suffer like this? Was a change of shift with the Noli guy that much of a **** on the system? Please explain to me why I was made to suffer.
