Alex was actually fine, but overall I was very unhappy with my visit. I made an appointment for my first Toyotacare maintenance, and the scheduler told me it would be about 1-1.5 hr. I don't live near Longo, so when I drove down and Alex told me it would be 4 hours, when I had already planned my day based on my phone conversation, it was very frustrating. I ended up having to cancel the service and drive back home. I just don't understand why it would take 4 hours for such a basic service...
