Made an appointment and took the car in to be serviced. Took 5 hours and I was promised I would only have to wait 2-3 hours tops. They found a nail in my tire that couldn’t be patched. Tire was replaced, but you broke my side view mirror and still charged me for the tire replacement. Still haven’t heard back on when my side view mirror will be repaired/replaced.
