I was amazed that Andrew Villanueva was so focused and caring in helping me get the best service possible. He was kind & sensitive to my needs, & he made me feel an important part of the process. When he said he’d inform me about my car or tell me more at a certain time, he was right on spot with all communications within the exact timeframe he gave me-very clear & specific in all he said & did! Of all car service assistant managers I’ve worked with since 1999, he was by far the best! He was detailed & careful in handling my case doing the best job possible. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being best, he deserves a 100+!!! Also, my skilled mechanic Joseph was incredibly knowledgeable to return my 1999 Camry back to it’s functionality when I first bought it at Longo Toyota in 1999. I’ve always gone for service of my 1999 Camry to Longo Toyota-never have I taken my car anywhere else, because once you have the best, you don’t want less! I drove a new Camry car rental that I enjoyed, but I was so surprised when I drove my car that it was as smooth & comfortable as the rental!! It reminded me of when I first drove it off the lot! Both Andrew & mechanic Joseph are incredible assets to Longo Toyota, & I can’t commend them highly enough. Thank you Longo Toyota for my very well functioning car & wonderful experience, being treated as an important customer! I’ll book with Andrew Villanueva from now on, as I am very appreciative to be the recipient of such great service & care! Thank You Very Much!! ????

It's Our first time back after bought the car almost six years ago at longo toyota. Our car auto needs a big service and the experience it was great and satisfied, from the beginning, talking to Emily and Bruce, the update from mechanic, to Concierge and rental car... My experience at Longo is always great. I was warmly welcomed by Joseph. After check-in (between 8:30 and 9am), Joseph told me my car would be finished around 2pm. I had brought work, so no problem. At 11:30 he called me to say the car was ready. I have been to Longo many times since we bought our car from there, and would recommend Longo to anyone. My kids love Longo. They appreciated the free games (before COVID), and the shuttles to the mall nearby. We have other family members who love Longo too- they live nearer to other Toyota dealers, but prefer to go to Longo for service. Living in Lakewood, I could have gone to Cerritos for my recall repair, but I knew I would have a place to sit and do work at Longo. I’ll be back. Thanks!
