The advisor did his job at the reception area. I was in for an oil change. Just before the time promised a female assistant called to inform me about a crack in the windshield and offered to repair it. I said if we can do it in less than an hour yes. She checked and called me back and said it could not be done in less than an hour other than that the oil change was complete. I waited and waited thinking maybe they were repairing the windshield after all. My name never appeared on the board for pick up. finally I checked with pick up and they had filed my paper work in the drawer, the car was done an hour and a half prior.
So for an oil change I was there from 11:45 to 4:45.
On top of that as soon as I left I noticed a big wobble in the steering at 35 mph. I believe that either the (new) tires were rotated without telling me or something happened while in Longo's possession. It took 2 visits to the tire shop to straighten then out.
So this was not a pleasant experience and really does not instill trust in Longo's services.

First of all, I didn't have time to book online, so I went to walkin, and the Internet showed that I changed the oil for free, my car was only 13,000 miles, 2016 car. Then he told me that the oil should be changed differently, and I accepted it. Then he said that my two tires need to be replaced, and I accepted it. I asked him if my house is next door for about 5 minutes, can drive home and bring cash along the way, because it is beyond my budget. He said yes, I'll wait at the cashier, register at 7:30, and wait until 11! He called and said that a part of the car is dirty and needs to be replaced! ! I have waited for 4 hours in 105 degrees Fahrenheit weather! still how long to wait? !
