Danny is great. Just one question, why do the technicians/drivers delivering the cars to customers have to mess with an owner’s A/C & radio stations . It was a mild 60s degree kind of chilly day yesterday, yet someone decides to turn on the A/C. Don’t get it . Also, people in dispatch need to communicate better with delivery workers . Lack of communication . Ok customer service though . Needs improvement at the dispatch office where you pay your bill.
