I prepaid for my 60k service. All of my factory maintenance has been performed since new by your dealership on time and on schedule. So I was quite surprised to see that my windshield wiper reservoir was still empty when I arrived home. Of course all the boxes were checked on the service checklist. So what else wasn't done? Maybe the oil wasn't changed? Maybe the tires weren't rotated? Maybe I should go somewhere else for service?

Difficult to understand what maintenance plan included. Ten % AAA dus punt was initially calculated incorrectly.
