My experience with albert was excellent. He communicated promptly with what my vehicle needed. I feel he is very honest longo employee n I feel comfortable taking my car back to him for my car service.
See the reply I gave via email. Noli was very nice and apologetic that my car could not be fixed for the second time. The battery had been replaced and the radio and nav system were blown out and nonfunctional afterwards. They ordered a replacement radio and nav disc cd but the replacement radio ate the cd. Now they are ordering another replacement radio and another nav cd to see if that will work. This was my 3rd visit for the battery replacement and still the radio and nav system are nonfunctional. Perhaps a Toyota specialist at the home office has a better idea.
