First i was told that my car needs engine filter and flush engine with only 7500 miles with this a year and 10 months old mini van. Then i was told that it wasn't the engine filter but the cabin filter . And i was told it will cost me 60 dollars to change filter and to flush engine . I had my car checked three times and i wasn't informed with filter issue until now . And i was very concerned if i would trust the dealer . Why am i told to do unnecessary service ?

Below My Expectations Oil light came on the next morning stating to add oil. Car came out not properly washed. The Guy who brought My Car out had a attitude and stated My Landcruiser had been washed I pointed out the numerous dirty spots. He took it back returned it and still dirty and not dried off. Very Unprofessional. As a business owner I would have fired my employee on the Spot for the discourtesy. I've bought almost $190,000 in Vehicles there within the last few months. Jimmy Phan is the only Positive experience there.
