I have been taking my Highlander to Longo for service ever since I pick up the car from the lot in January 2009. I always asks for car wash and/or detail cleaning. However, the vacuuming and detail was not always 100% each time. His time, it was all good from inside out, carpet, seats and console.
Roy was open, communicative and understand what I am asking for after we lay out items needs for service today. He was straight forward with price and time. I will go back to have him service my car next tjme
