Johan’s service was excellent. However, it took me more than 30 minutes to get my car AFTER I paid and checked in at the service center. The guy that sits on that little podium outside the service center has no clue on customer service. After he looked up my receipt, he just said “it will come out soon”, and I had to wait another 15 minutes for my car. Usually after you paid and checked in, car will come out within 5-10 minutes. I paid at 11:21am, my car didn’t come out until 11:56am. This was not the service I expect from longo.
