Ryan, is amazing and always has been. I’m having a big issue with the way Toyota is handling the problem with my radio. I’ve brought it in twice with the same concern, the only solution Toyota is giving me is to trouble shoot it for the next three weeks doing complicated steps in order to properly diagnose the issue. I cannot be expected to perform complicated, multiple steps that I could easily mess up, in order to tell you something I’ve been complaining about since I’ve bought the car. The issue was already re-created when I first arrived at Toyota the first time, the technicians saw it, now I’m stuck with a car with a broken radio on a brand new car. Myself, and all of our team at USC won’t be buying with your dealership that cannot handle simple issues. Take out the radio, leave me without it for the entire time it takes for you to repair it. Please don’t expect me to do the complicated work for you. This is why people have warranties on their vehicles.

I just purchased a 2004 tundra, brought it in because it was making a squeegeeing noise, coming from the back brakes. After waiting half a day, I get a call from someone named A.J., letting me know that the tech working on my Trk recommend that the back brakes should be replaced, but they needed a used Vic. Manager to authorize it. They did not, said it was not a safety issue; as of right now (6/6/18) it’s still making the same noise. I have bought a few cars off of you guys ( Longo Toyota), which I have been very happy with your service, but not this time.
