Alex and partner were fantastic. But service was very bad. A 3 hour job turned into a 6 hour job. I was there at 7 AM with a reservation and didn’t leave until 1PM. I was told Tube steps were 2 hrs and rims were 1 hour. Apparently no communication between parts department and mechanics. Parts were flagged and tagged and set aside. But they couldn’t find them. After they finally found them they had put the wrong tube step on so that delayed things. I had to cancel meetings. My work day was shot. Time is money

The engine noise still there. The check engine light I have to wait and see how much time will last. I went to pick up the car yesterday and I had to put the car back into shop because they give the car apart inside. In addition, if they had pinpoint the problem, I was willing to pay. Instead, they want to replace everything and they come with an estimate of almost $9,000 thousand dollars. Other than that everything else was good. Thank you very much! PS: The car is still on your shop!

My molding fell off told dispatcher , them was transfrred to ethan told him job was never done car wash was terrable called made appointment with eathan. waited 20 minutes before dispatcher helped just to be told they did not have molding I myself could tell you it wasnt reinstalable.IT was so obvious now he wants me to come back monday I have to wrk to pay for this truck just to be told the obvious I wrk at a sergery center and if you were put thrue this you would also be uppset
