I was very satisfied with Alec Labrada’s service. He understood my problem right away without giving me a hard time. He explained and reassured me what the issue was and how to solve it. And since I was upset that when I made the appointment the person who helped me didn’t tell me that when they do an oil change that the seal it with silicone. I went all the way to Longo Toyota to get it fixed and there was nothing wrong. But I appreciate Alec’s help, he understood my problem and how upset I was and solved it right away with no fuss or hassle. Thank you Alec! Best customer service! He handle the situation very well!
