I just did service Change Oil , and i got a call and recommend me to change the battery and i agreed but 5 minute later I realised I still have a warranty from costco. I talked to Roy to Cancel battery replacement and he said will charge installation fee$45.00. I think the person who Check my car know that the battery still under warranty and not need to change. It cost me another$170.00 for i should not need to. Thank you.
