There were a few issues that I want to bring up. 1) you sent a text to my little flip phone. I do not have a smartphone yet. Email is better. 2) The big plastic tray that used to fit in the trunk no longer fits, since I opted for a REAL spare tire, instead of a small donut tire. So why did Longo give it back to me?? I shall need to get rid of it anyway. 3) This is the most important. I think it was Jimmy who said I needed a new hubcap. He said a new tire would be bare without one. I told him I was worried about the high price -- almost $100.00. But I went along with hus suggestion. Later, I drove home. I looked in the trunk. And there I found a hubcap. It must have come from the damaged tire. Except for a few scratches, it looks in fine condition. Had I been given the choice, I would have chosen to keep the old hubcap, instead of buying an expensive new hubcap. My total bill was over $930. That is high. I understand that service at a dealership will be expensive. So I would have appreciated the chance to save on not buying an unnecessary hubcap. Now I do not know what to do. Maybe I can return the new hubcap. Maybe not. I'll call Longo tomorrow.

We were told our service rep would be there, that's why we booked appointment for that day, but he wasn't there and I was told he had the weekend off. Obviously, miscommunication on your part. Don't know when next service should be, because you didn't replace the service sticker on the upper corner of the driver's side window.
