Mandi was great, she was very helpful and she updated me along the entire process and she explained why it took so long, and she let me know every step of the way. However, I am insanely disappointed and dissatisfied with the way my car was handled by the technicians. The car with with the technicians for over 9 hours and I got it back with the AC blasting on full, the car on Normal mode versus Eco when I handed it in and it was missing an entire quarter tank of gas and the Avg MPG on the car’s computer was down about a mile and a half per gallon. The only logical explanation for this was my car’s engine was running for the entire 9 hours, with the AC on and the gasoline being eaten away at my expense for no reason, and the Eco AC apparently wasn’t good enough so my car was put into regular mode so the gas was wasted at an even faster rate. I’ve never gave my car to a Toyota dealer to get work on and got it back missing $25 worth of gasoline. This is ridiculous, especially coming from “the best Toyota for 50 consecutive years.”

Put a sign at pickup area, when paid bill it’s necessary to tell car pickup table for deliver vehicle at spot. Or the account received counter should ask customer if they are waiting to pickup at spot. And counter clerk should inform deliever team start deliver process, no need to report pickup team.
