Originally my car was supposed to be done by 1, but I got a call 20 minutes before it was supposed to be done and was told that I had some recommendations that should be done. I agreed to the recommendations and was given a new time of between 3:30 and 4. I didn’t receive any phone call by 4 and even waited a little longer to call the service advisor back. I called at 4:45 and he didn’t pick up, so I left a message. I then called one of the other names on the card and he didn’t pick up as well. I called the last number on the card and that advisor hadn’t even set up his mailbox so that I could leave a message. I ended up calling the main Longo number and the girl put me through to the service department. The person helping me tried to locate my service advisor, but he was still no where to be found. They took my number and said they would have him call me back when they found him. I received a call about 2 minutes later and the advisor told me that they didn’t have a part and had to go somewhere to pick it up. He never called me to tell me that. He then said that the part was on property and they were just going to start working on it. He said it would be about another 30-45 minutes. It ended up taking another hour to receive another phone call from another service advisor because the one originally helping me had already gone home for the day. I ended up being without a car for the whole day because there was no communication and then I feel like my car got pushed to the side since they didn’t have a part and then even though they got the part I had to wait for them to get my car back into finish it instead of them starting on it right when they got the part.

I have no comments or complaints about my service visit other than good job. Maybe a cellphone charging station in the customer lounge now that the Verizon section is closed.

First, the car was dropped off since 9am. At the time of drop of I informed the advisor of some things I needed a mechanic to check. He informed me that it would take a couple of hrs he said my car would be ready at around 3pm. It was 4 and nobody was calling me so I called and the service adviser said my car would be ready soon and I could start heading over. I waited 30 min and as I was going the service advisor calls me and tells me my car is actually not ready but should be ready by the time I get there. I get there the person working the receptionist gives me the wrong paper work. I signed someone else’s paper work. I didn’t catch it until they confirmed my car I went back I informed the girl and she Paige’s my service advisor and he didn’t answer. I called him to his cell and he answered and he said they were looking at an additional 30 min. I asked the service advisor how could that be possible if he told me it would be ready and I had dropped the car off since 9am. Anyway I tried speaking to the manager but he was with another customer at the moment so I asked if I can leave my car and what time I can pick up. The girl said you can pick up at 7. I get there at 730 and it’s closed. I had to speak to a manager who looked like he didn’t even care he just wanted to get my car and get me out. This is clearly unacceptable
